Cozy, renovated 3-bedroom cape house in East Falmouth, located near beaches, shopping & dining.
Everything you need for a beach vacation is provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and games. Secluded beach access to Great Pond is only a 5 minute walk from the house.
House features one king Bed, One Queen Bed & 4 bunk beds, two full baths and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the spacious, fenced-in back yard while lounging on the deck and patio. Amenities include gas grill & firepit.
One vehicle beach pass provided for weekly rentals.
Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday.
Cruise Great Pond with the two kayaks and two paddleboards provided!
A ping pong table and fooseball table are provided in the garage.
