About This House
Enjoy a relaxing time on a quiet 58-acre lake in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Play in the pedal boat, canoe or on one of the Stand-Up Paddleboards, swim or fish. You can even now use the paddleboards like open kayaks with the detachable seats.
Spend an evening around the campfire eating S’mores, telling ghost stories and making memories.
This unique property was actually built and used as a vacation rental in the 1930s until 1954.
The soothing atmosphere of the large screened-in porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or while gathered around with family and friends over dinner while taking in the beautiful views of Copeland Pond. Take in the views of the lake and the mountains while cuddled in one of the rocking chairs, or just grab a book and relax.
