House description: Spacious and modern 2,400 sq. ft. house, located just 2/10th of a mile from Scarborough Beach ( 4 minute walk ). Central air conditioning. seven (7) Bedrooms (3 upstairs and 4 down, each with Queen or king size beds ). One large 22-foot bedroom downstairs has a couch, coffee table, desk and a TV to serve as a 2nd family room for the kids. There are 5 total TV's in the house, each with smart capability (i.e. Netflix/Hulu/Disney/Amazon Prime, Etc.). All bathrooms were recently updated with new floors and vanities. New flooring throughout (2023).
