Two spaces in one located on all sport Palmer Lake, nearly 500 acres. The rental includes a renovated main house with an additional bunk house located directly across the lawn. A roomy deck over the water, sandy beach area, flat top grill, and spacious fire pit on the property. The dock is 40 feet with a large platform to sit & enjoy the lake. There's a shallow, swimming area near the dock to enjoy the water on a raft. The main house is a completely renovated, ranch offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bunk house includes a large bunk space as well as a great room with a bar area. Both spaces offer lake views, large gathering space, and plenty of sleeping quarters.
