Note: 4wd/awd required in winter with snow tires (Thanksgiving through late March). Chains can be rented in the neighborhood for $30/day. The driveway cannot accommodate trailers. In winter the garage is not accessible to vehicles and 2-3 cars max can be parked in front of the home (far enough from the roof so snow does not fall on your vehicle). Outside of winter, 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage.
