Upper unit: This gorgeous waterfront duplex is located on a quiet, serene inlet, adjacent to the Barge Canal with access to Oneida Lake. Perfect for boating, kayaking, and fishing. Floating EZ dock system. Both units available to rent together upon request and availability.
Each unit has large eat-in kitchen, equipped with large/small appliances, Keurig, washer/dryer, grill, large deck, floating dock, and kayaks/life jackets for all. Included in rental are linens, towels, free Wifi, 3 large screen Samsung tv's and lounge chairs.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 Bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 folding cot
Streaming Services: Spectrum Cable, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video
Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. 18 minute drive to Turning Stone Casino.
