It’s located on 1+ wooded acres and is surround by an additional 20+ unoccupied Hill Country acres. The Cottage is directly on the 8 miles of private walking, biking, & hiking trails.
You can rent the Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms or you can add the optional detached Studio Suite that sleeps 2 and has its own private bathroom.
