Two miles west of Capitan, Home of Smokey Bear, in the rolling hills of New Mexico ranch lands is Pinon Hills RV Park. We have two Bunkhouses. Bunkhouse #2 isTHE NEST.Don't let the word bunkhouse fool you, it's a clean, super nice space that is light and airy while still cozy and inviting. THE NESTis a few minutes from the Smokey Bear Museum, 15 minutes from Historic Lincoln and 20 minutes from Ruidoso. At 6,500 ft elevation, the star gazing is exceptional. If you hear something walking around at night, it's wildlife.
