Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this magnificent, custom home was built in 2008 by a contractor for his personal residence. Attention to detail is evident throughout, with use of the finest flooring, fixtures, and molding. The house is located on Kaikio Ewa Place, a street named for one of Kauai’s governors who was known throughout the island for having the finest home of his day.
We have chosen to name our house Blue Hawaii House in honor of Elvis Presley‘s love for the island of Kauai and his most famous Hawaiian movie which was filmed on our island. … Full description
