West Wing, 2 queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom) connected by kitchen/living room to East Wing (Master bedroom with king bed, and Sunroom with two twins). Fourth sleeping space off the dining room. Detached studio optional . the base price is for four (4) PERSONS. $40/person/night additional charge for the number of persons over four.
Longterm renters (more than one week) require weekly cleaning service, separate rental contract and security deposit.
