We fell in love with this house because it is very secluded, yet close to everything. Roughly 3 miles by boat from Clemson and Death Valley (about six miles by car), and a similar distance to all the big stores in Seneca, directly on a quiet small cove on Lake Hartwell. Serene and peaceful, it boasts over an acre and a half of pristine woodland and is directly across the Keowee River from the Clemson Experimental forest where there will never be houses.
