As the name implies, the cabin is near the trailhead leading to Hebron Rock Colony, a popular hiking destination with waterfalls, swimming holes., freshwater fishing, and fly fishing. One of the most popular summer activities around Boone is to take advantage of area hiking trails and swimming holes.
