The home is located on a quiet, private cove with a protected swimming area. We have 2 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards available for guests to use. We are located 40 minutes to downtown Charlotte.
Absolutely no parties of any kind! There will be a$1,000fine for any party on the premises . absolutely no smoking. There will be a $500 fine.
