Short walk to the beach and beautiful water views from almost every room. Two large decks to enjoy the sea breeze. 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms +2 outdoor showers.
75" TV with cable downstairs + 55" TV upstairs, wifi. One room has a built-in desk if you need to work from here.
Well-stocked kitchen with commercial ice maker and beverage fridge. Community pool in the bay side of the neighborhood (7 min walking)
Warning: There is a new home construction on the lot next to us, started August 16th 2022 might end by January 2023.
