*Please note that only access to upstairs loft is by a captain's ladder. Because of this, this property is not suitable for young children. Property can only accommodate 12 guests at all times. Guests must agree to follow house rules and guidelines upon booking and sign rental agreement prior to stay. If max capacity is exceeded at any point during stay, this will result immediate cancellation of stay, loss of reservation and loss of damage deposit.
