Fernwood was purchased in June 2018 from Mercer County and rehabilitated by local residents Karla Meinke and Sydney Arnold. The building was erected in 1921 as the Mercer County Hospital. Since then, this property has been utilized for various purposes including weddings, receptions, family reunions and camping! The property is nestled on 6 acres, with a gorgeous oak grove and beautiful well maintained grounds. We have 17 bedrooms available for guest needs, which are adorned with antique furniture and an inviting decor.
