Queen bed in master, two queens in 2nd bedroom, one queen bed upstairs, queen size sleeper sofa in living room, two full baths - one with claw foot tub and hand shower, one with walk-in shower. Central air and heat, washer/dryer, and full kitchen (well equipped with dishes, pans, and necessary kitchen utensils). Max 10 guests.
