- if cleaning fish we ask that you remove the scraps from the property. Do not leave behind any fish guts or left overs. If you do we will keep the security deposit.
- No smoking/vaping of any kind indoors.
- We ask you leave the cottage as you found it. Removing any personal items & food brought in.
- Please take all trash to the trash cans outside.
- Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
- pets are not to be left unattended. If you need to leave please take pet with you or have a crate for them.
