Located in Rock Landing, New Seabury -- a 5 minute walk to the Popponesset Marketplace and steps from the neighborhood's private beach. It's a 10 minute drive to Mashpee Commons and grocery stores. It's the perfect location.
The house underwent a big renovation this winter, which includes a brand new kitchen, new floors throughout, new paint throughout, new furniture, finishing the basement to create a studio living space, and a brand new deck out back with a large dining table and umbrella . these are the progress photos. We are missing some appliance panels, furniture, and window treatments but everything will be done in about two weeks!
