As an added bonus, with 30+ day rentals, there is no sales or hotel tax. This house is our personal guest house (we live next door), located 4 miles to campus and 5 miles to capitol square. Our three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 adults (but not more). Separate downstairs hang-out room with a large TV and video games (for the kids to get loud and have some privacy). You may host a reception or small gathering -- but with reasonable size and noise limits, since this is a residential area (and we live next door). For Children: pack-n-play, high chair, basement hang-out room with Kinect/Xbox One (Dance and other games) ... and a beach and playground within a few blocks.
