About This House
While short term renters can not use the paddle boards, boat or kayaks, long term renters (30 days plus) can use all equipment including the 23 foot Cobalt boat and Beach Club. There is an additional charge of$350.00a day for boat, kayaks and paddle boards.
Short term renters who want to use the lake for swimming or fishing, sit on the pier, dock or walk on the path around the lake you will need to purchase a daily wrist band for those 18 and older. The cost is$10.00a day per person.
