3 bedroom, 2 bath home on quiet cul de sac. 25' of canal for boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Updated throughout in2014-15to include 300 square foot deck overlooking canal attached to house and a 200 + square foot deck at the canalfront. New granite in kitchen and tiled bathrooms. New fixtures, hardware, vanities throughout. The Colington Harbour community offers the following amenities only 1 mile from house:
