Four CCTV's including a 40" Vizio smart TV, three bedrooms up and two bedrooms down (no interior stairs) withFSTV, DVD,internet access, wet-bar, microwave, extra fridge and coffee pot, new refrigerator, blender, crockpot, Keurig, waffle iron. PTAC heating and cooling unit downstairs, central air and heat upstairs. Ceiling fans, glass sunroom, and open deck and gazebo. Windows and deck replaced in 2024. Outside hose provided to rinse off after leaving the beach. Downstairs second living room with wet bar, second refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot.
