Mount Shasta Ski Resort is only 40 minutes away.
There is 1000 sq/ft of decking facing the water. The water is three hundred feet away when the lake is full. 2,500sq/ft living space plus large laundry area and 400’ sq/ft of lower-level room.
Parking for 8 cars and boat trailers.
Boat launch 0.2 miles from house.
