Around the year 2000, the house was converted into an apartment complex with 10 one- and two-room apartments for 2, 3 or 4 people each. The beautiful apartments are only rented weekly, with arrival / departure on Saturdays.
All apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. The rental units mainly have a balcony or terrace, some with sea views, otherwise with a beautiful garden view. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and other premises of the villa. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and in the garden.
