This detached single-family house made of natural stone stands alone on the island Brac in a bay ten metres from the sea, with its own wooden jetty and mooring. It can only be accessed by boat. The owners take guests there by speedboat on arrival in ten minutes and collect them there again on departure day.
The 5000m² site is in a bay right by the sea and has several sea-view terraces, as well as a grill station (firewood available free of charge) and a dining table with a bench.
