The family property " Casa o gadda da vida " is located in the quiet residential area "Runjacica" at the top of the northwestern district of Premantura on at a dead end road adjoining directly to the natural forest with free acess .
The village center with shops, numerous restaurants, ATMs, tourist offices, etc. is located in the distance of a 10 minutes' walk.
