The old stone house was rebuilt in 2011. The new structure was based on a clear philosophy, namely: health, ecology and energy. These three basic pillars can be found in all areas. The building materials were chosen so that they meet all health-related, energy-saving and ecological aspects. So natural materials were used, such as wood and sheep's wool in the insulation area.
