Casa Aristo nestles in the midst of Spoleto Country Park. It is truly Unique !!
And, Spoleto that predates Rome, is just 7 kms away! Rome an hour!
In total, The Park consists of 7 private houses, all discreetly spaced from each other and interspersed with ancient farm buildings used for storage.
With the exception of a neighbouring cottage, Casetta, all the cottages are completely private with their own gardens and/or terraces.
A very large garden surrounds both Casa Aristo and Casetta. However, each property is totally separate and independent. And, each has their own totally private terrace.
