The house is over 100 years old and offers a wonderful rustic atmosphere. It lies circa 100 meters above the lake in an old 'borgo' without traffic. The house has modern facilities and provides everything you need.
Centrepiece of the house is the huge terrace with magnificent views on Lake Como. A long stairway provides direct access to a little beach at the lake.
