Coming from Arezzo (Porta San Clemente) or exit (ring road) should follow the SS Casentinese to the fork on the right for Puglia-Tregozzano; after Tregozzano towards Chiassa Superiore turn right and come to Campriano Trattoria la Capannaccia take right into the dirt road leading to the villa.
The original building, dating back to the year 1000 d. C., was a small monastery that was used by the monks to receive the pilgrims who crossed the Apennines and headed to Rome.
