This beautiful stone cottage is located on the hills between Lucca and Florence within the quaint, little village of Petrognano. Renovated with great care and converted into 3 cosy holiday apartments, the cottage is located at m 550 on sea level in a scenic position with wonderful views on the whole plain of Lucca, Valdinievole until the sea.
The three apartments share the use of a spacious, panoramic, in-ground pool (11 x 4,5m, depth m1,20/1,40) equipped with sun-lounges and sun umbrella. Each apartment has its own private, entrance, outdoor space furnished with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco and parking place.
