The holiday apartments are part of an agricultural enterprise in an area belonging to Enna, a few kilometres from town in rural surroundings.
The holiday residence has two independent holiday apartments, which only share entrance stairs. They were restored in 2005 and belong to an estate that was built in the 17th century and which was then an Augustinian monastery. In the 19th century the property was purchased by the family that now owns it and it was converted into an agricultural enterprise.
