Von der Küche aus kommt man auf die Terrasse. Bad mit Dusche und Wc sind getrennte Räume. Außerdem gibt es noch einen von außen begehbaren Abstellraum. Im Dachgeschoß befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit "panoramafenstern" und dem Blick über den Jachthafen sowie das Lauwersmeer. Den gleichen Ausblick genießt man vom überdachten Balkon aus.
Der Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück komplett eingezäunten Grundstück. Die Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Es darf im Garten gegrillt werden.
