About This House
The cabin is located right by the famous ski-tracks network on Sjusjøen and near the Birkebeinerløypa itself.
After a long day in lovely mountain scenery by foot, ski or bike, it's great to get back to the cabin with fireplace and have a hot shower in one of the cabin's 2 bathrooms and relax in the sauna.
Sjusjøen is also the starting point for a variety of other activities and experiences.
We mention horse riding, dog sledding at Kroksjøen with husky, fishing, mountain bike park for children and adults, quite decent alpine bays, cafes, playgrounds, swimming.
Or what about a trip to Hunderfossen which is half an hour's drive away?
Lillehammer and Maihaugen are also worth a visit.
