About This Room

Hello everyone, my name is Adrian Ramirez and I'm an accounting student and a Junior at Radford University. My lease is ready to be renewed, but my current roommates have decided to move somewhere else. This lease is being renewed ASAP, however these rooms are not avaliable until next summer. This is a 4 bedroom and bath apartment. Three Rooms available, each roughly and comes with a personal closet/bathroom (see floor plan above). Rooms are not furnished! Full kitchen, spacious living room, and a balcony. I'll update my post soon, but for now the prices listed are based on the previous contract.
