About This Room
The 2nd room is ready to be occupied, I am renting the room out for the March month which comes with a private bathroom and I can provide with an airbed , you can also not use it if necessary
Additionally , the washer and dryer is in the closet as left by the previous tenants , if you think your privacy is disturbed I can gladly use the common laundry in the community
If you’re interested in the place, I would expect the rent of 1st month with a security deposit which is - rent plus deposit
I am also considering changing the name on the lease and give the entire place which has the base rent of B with utilities and wifi goes to
