I'm looking for a roommate to take over one of the rooms in my bath apartment just 2 blocks off Alki Beach. The apartment is on the third floor and has a view of the Sound. Open concept with lots of sun facing windows. The neighborhood is wonderful with restaurants and coffee shops. One block away from a public tennis and pickleball court.
Public space is clean as you go. Not super fussy about a cup or plate being out, but making sure pans and counters are cleaned after use. Like wise deep cleaning would be shared once a month.
