About This Room

We are a mile down past McDonald’s off the Wright City exit. It’s minutes from Wentzville exit. We are looking to rent out our extra room in our home. We are a family of three. We both work full time but in Biden’s economy we need additional help. Rent is $/month and that includes everything. You can use house and laundry. Bathroom is the main bathroom but no one uses it except guests so it would be like your own mostly. There is also a nice fridge in the garage that is empty and can be used.
. What we are looking for:

respectful and very clean
no alcohol, drugs or smoking on property
has a full time job (no Uber, Door Dash, disability, etc. sorry) that they go to daily and has had one for at least a few months
no serious criminal history.
