You have a covered terrace with lake views of Lake Bolmen perfect for warm summer evenings. Bolmen is Sweden's 10th largest lake with good fishing and swimming opportunities. There is plenty of pikeperch, pike and perch and in the harbor you can rent a boat and boat engine which can then be located right in front of the house. You will also find fishing licenses for sale in the harbor.
Cost for boat is 1000 sek and for renting the engine 1500 sek. Down by the water there is a communal sauna, free to use.
