Conditions:
- Respect for house staff and neighbors
- No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
- Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
- Arrival time: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Departure time: 08:00to 11:00
For a late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or an early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):
** additional fee of 1,000 baht to be paid to the person in charge of the reception
