If not driving, you can Uber/Taxi to downtown Niantic and walk the Niantic Bay Boardwalk, visit Submarine Force Museum, visit Groton or the old charm of Old Saybrook, New London or get away for a short travel to Mystic, RI!!! (Cutest little aquarium there and beautiful sail boats of old!).
