Down the road 2 blocks is a grass lot public access to Elk Lake.
The town of Elk Rapids is just a couple minutes away. Many unique shops, restaurants and Short's Brewery nearby.
Looking for respectful renters for this cottage. Homes and cottages in this neighborhood are close together. Owner lives a few houses down the road.
