No smoking inside, permitted on deck only. Pets may be permitted. If approved (your dog needs to be friendly as our dog has the run of the acreage and is always looking for a playmate) a$50.00fee is charged per pet.
I have never charged a cleaning fee and expect the cottage to be left clean and tidy.
