3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on the second basin on Lake James. Sandy beach and dock. Fully furnished with cable Tv, wifi, a/c, washer and dryer. Front and back lot. Dock for boat, jet skis. Trailer can be stored on back lot. Plenty of parking spots.
Family neighborhood so tenants should be adult families, kids and relatives, friends. Not recommended for young people desiring loud partying. If you want to rent after Labor Day until Memorial Day contact land lord so special arrangements can be made.
