Spacious and well maintained Mainsail townhome. Mainsail is a 15-acre gated private beach-front family resort with 700' of private beach. Includes beach service (2 chairs/umbrella) March - October. Kayaks and paddleboard are available to rent on the beach. It is located across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and 2 miles from the popular Village of Baytowne Wharf. Mainsail is convenient to fabulous golf courses, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, biking, shopping, great restaurants, water parks, and many fun family activities!
You will check-in at the security gate and issued a parking permit(s). There is24/7/365security in the community. You are limited to 7 guests and 2 cars on property.
